Find answers to common questions about our chiropractic, physical therapy, and rehabilitation services at Complete Care Clinic in Houston, TX.
Do I need a referral to schedule an appointment?
No, you do not need a referral to see one of our chiropractors. For physical therapy services, some insurance plans may require a physician referral. Our front desk team can verify your insurance requirements when you call to schedule. We also accept walk-ins for chiropractic consultations.
What insurance plans do you accept?
We accept most major insurance plans including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, and Medicare. We also work with auto accident (PIP/MedPay) and workers' compensation claims. If you're unsure about your coverage, call us and we'll verify your benefits at no charge.
How long does a typical treatment session last?
Your initial evaluation typically takes 45-60 minutes, which includes a thorough assessment and your first treatment. Follow-up chiropractic visits usually last 20-30 minutes, while physical therapy sessions run 30-45 minutes depending on your treatment plan. Aquatic therapy and Flowpresso sessions may be longer.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Please bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card, and any relevant medical records such as X-rays, MRI results, or physician notes. If you were in an auto accident or have a workers' comp claim, bring your claim number and adjuster contact information. Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy movement.
